The Trustees Committee meet each month in
Parbold, Lancashire, to discuss the progress of the Charity's work, arrange new initiatives and solve problems when they arise. Each of the branches of the charity are allocated a Trustee to whom they can direct their problems.
An Annual Conference is held in November each year so that Groups can hear recent developments and discuss problems.
